painting.

i'm painting again. or I guess something in-between painting and drawing. i'm taking a winter intensive. it's called "living and breathing painting." kinda funny. anyway my teacher told me that i needed to have two projects going. so...along with the super tedious sewing and gluing and cutting and molding of small objects, i'm trying to start painting again. at first, i was stubborn and refused. Now, I'm really happy about it. the first paintings just sorta worked. there was a certain excitement i think in using materials that i remember but haven't touched for a while... and now, i'm feeling the struggle.
